WINE / SPIRITS:

Wines - I drink white more frequently but I enjoy trying new delicious wines of any color.  I’m not a fan of sweet wines.

White (dry) - Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay. I enjoy Sancerre and Montrachet
Red (full bodied dry) - Cabernet Sauvignon, Bourdeaux and Tempranillo. Chateau de Parenchere Bourdeaux Superieur is one of my favorites.
